The Learner Profile for the month of February is BALANCED! Students who are BALANCED are healthy and are aware that eating properly, exercising, and getting adequate sleep is important! They understand that it is important to have a BALANCE between the physical, social, academic and mental parts of their bodies. They spend their time doing many different activities. How can parents help to develop students who are well-balanced at home?
